Inspired by her son, Balian, who is on the Autism Spectrum, Ria Lancaster created Fearless Path to offer inclusive spaces that empower and celebrate neurodivergent individuals. Through these events, the organization fosters connections, promotes understanding, acceptance and supports the unique strength of each individual in the community.
With the unwavering support of her husband, David, who has been the essential part of the journey, he brings valuable support to the organization and a strong advocate for the neurodiverse community.
David Lancaster | Co-Founder
David Lancaster has been a steadfast supporter and co-founder of Fearless Path, partnering with his wife, Ria, to advance their mission of empowering the neurodiverse community.
Inspired by their son, Balian, who is on the autism spectrum, David helps create inclusive, sensory-considerate events that foster connection, understanding, and acceptance. He is a passionate advocate for families with special needs, working behind the scenes to ensure every individual feels seen, valued, and included.
Stephanie Moreno | Vice President
Stephanie Moreno is passionate about inclusivity and support. She is especially committed to causes that uplift families and individuals in need, dedicated to serving the community and making a positive impact.
A proud wife and mother, Stephanie and her husband, Jaime, work together to create a loving and supportive home for their two children - Mailani, their teenage daughter and LJ, their 11-year-old son with Autism.
As a family, they love giving back to the community and sharing their passion for food, believing that good meals have the power to bring people together.
Fernando Rodriguez | Operations
Originally from Guatemala, Fernando Rodriguez is a devoted husband and father who cherishes time with his family. A hands-on problem solver with a passion for learning, building, and the outdoors, he has embraced challenges throughout his career as a contractor, handyman, and welder. His love for hiking, backpacking, and overlanding drives his personal growth, constantly seeking new skills and certifications.
Inspired by the dedication of Fearless Path co-founders Ria and David Lancaster to supporting neurodiverse individuals, Fernando joined the board to support the organization's mission. He is honored to contribute to empowering children and families, ensuring that every child, regardless of their ability, has the opportunity to thrive.
Anh Ung | Secretary
Anh Ung is a proud Autism mom to her 19-year-old son, Donovan, who is non-verbal. Donovan’s journey has been her greatest inspiration, teaching her invaluable lessons in resilience, patience, and the power of thinking outside the box. His unique perspective has deepened her understanding that every individual is a beautiful, complex person, and it’s this mindset that fuels her work every day.
With a background in creativity and the arts, Anh brings innovative, hands-on solutions to the organization, always seeking new ways to make a meaningful impact. Her passion is to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for individuals with neurodiversity and their families.
Navi Chhay | Treasurer
Navi Chhay is a longtime volunteer, teacher, and newly elected board member of Fearless Path.
Inspired by her two nieces on the autism spectrum, Navi understands firsthand the challenges neurodiverse families face. She brings personal insight and professional expertise in learning, accessibility, and community engagement.
Navi helps guide the organization’s strategic growth and financial stewardship while ensuring programs create safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces. Her dedication, experience, and personal connection to the neurodiverse community make her a vital leader in advancing Fearless Path’s mission of belonging, inclusion, and community impact.
